The Ice City Festival is taking over Charlottetown from February 12th until March 14th! The Festival will be decking the streets in ice sculptures and other wintery decor to Ice City will also have Signature Events each weekend, like Sugar Shacks, Comedy Shows, Live Music, and an Outdoor Market, as well as a slew of cool micro events and themed programming.
